Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintains a caseload in accordance with Joint Commission regulations.
Performs individual therapy with clients regularly as well as emergency intervention.
Proficient in BestNotes Software is preferred
Documents client progress and all interventions in the client record.
Formulates individualized treatment plans with clients.
Facilitates counseling groups and completes all documentation in timely manner.
Participates in individual/group supervision.
Attends Treatment Team and in-service training meetings.
Attends all other required meetings.
The position is Monday through Friday 8 hours per day
Education Requirements:
Must have a minimum of an AA degree in Counseling or other Human Services Field.
Other Requirements:
Must be certified or licensed under the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists.
Must have at least one year of Counseling experience.
Must comply with all Certification or Licensing requirements.
Position is Monday- Friday some weekends as needed

Responsibilities and Duties:
Assists with all front desk duties (insurance verification knowledge is preferred)
Answering incoming calls
Manage paper charts and EMR charts, filing medical records
Greeting patients and assisting with the intake process
Schedules appointments for patients
Interview patients to obtain their medical history.
Records patient medical history, vital statistics, and test results in patient medical files.
Perform UA tests to be shipped out
Properly dispose of contaminated supplies.
Position is Monday through Friday
Education Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or GED

Various Locations • Full-time • $20-27/hour
Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the household operations
Review program and house rules with all the residents and ensure resident's compliance with house rules.
Prepare bedrooms for all new residents entering the house.
Monitor that the residents are following house rules.
Assign household chores to clients.
Monitor rooms for cleanliness.
Ensure clients respect and maintain common areas (kitchen, living room, shared bathrooms, etc.
Maintains inventory of all household supplies (i.e., clean linens, toiletries, groceries)
Monitor proper use and functioning of appliances and other household equipment.
Observe and report any unusual behaviors or potential areas of conflict between residents.
Observe and report any unusual activities that may pose a safety or nuisance issue for residents or neighbors.
Supervise residents' medication management, and ensure clients maintain medication refill schedules.
Complete nightly reports on each resident of the house.
Ensure clients follow the clinical schedule.
Daily communication across clinical and operations teams.
Participates in weekly Staffing Meetings with senior leadership
Implement crisis intervention strategies to prevent harm and promote a sense of security for clients.
Must complete weekly progress notes for your caseload
Daily group sessions, men's wrap, women wrap ect.
Serve as a mentor, providing ongoing support and guidance to help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Familiarize yourself with the local behavioral health systems and maintain knowledge of the latest treatment options.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in behavioral health.
